My neighbors left there 2 dogs that are both chained up to 2 trees in their backyard, they left them outside when we were having a lot of rain a few weeks back. Each of them has a doghouse but one of them kept getting turned over where the dog couldn’t get in it. I felt so sorry for him and he was out there whining all through the night because it was raining non-stop and hard and yet the owners did nothing to go out there and help him out and stand the dog house up right.
I can’t stand it when they do things like that, but what can I do? They don’t even take care of the kids they have so needless to say they really need dogs to tend to either.
